The company has a track record of building and scaling successful consumer brands across multiple channels and is looking for a leader who can elevate brand presence while driving retail performance.The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, retail marketing, shopper marketing, and integrated campaign planning.You'll serve as the senior marketing leader for the brand, owning the consumer narrative while ensuring retail, digital, influencer, and performance marketing efforts work together as a cohesive growth strategy.Working closely with executive leadership, sales, and performance marketing teams, you'll help define what the brand stands for, how it shows up in culture, and how it wins both online and in-store.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand LeadershipDefine and evolve brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.Develop integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.Lead product storytelling and consumer messaging strategy.Build seasonal and innovation-focused marketing programs.Translate consumer insights into compelling creative and business opportunities.Establish creative standards and briefing processes across the organization.Retail & Shopper MarketingDevelop retail marketing strategies that drive awareness, trial, and conversion.Manage account-specific marketing calendars and activation plans.Lead shopper marketing initiatives and in-store programs.Partner closely with sales teams to support distribution, velocity, and growth.Oversee retail media investments and promotional planning.Drive strategies that improve sell-through and repeat purchase behavior.Omnichannel MarketingCreate alignment across retail, e-commerce, influencer, experiential, and paid media channels.Build integrated launch plans that maximize impact across all consumer touchpoints.Develop annual marketing calendars and go-to-market frameworks.Ensure consistent storytelling across channels while optimizing for channel-specific objectives.Retail Partnership SupportCollaborate with sales leadership on customer presentations and retailer initiatives.Support retailer meetings with compelling consumer and shopper insights.Help develop selling materials, launch strategies, and promotional programs.Ideal Background8+ years of experience across brand marketing, retail marketing, shopper marketing, or related functions.Experience within consumer products, food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or high-growth brands.Proven ability to build brands while driving measurable business outcomes.Experience supporting major retail accounts and omnichannel growth strategies.Strong understanding of retail media, shopper marketing, and integrated marketing planning.Experience managing agencies, creators, and external partners.Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments with high ownership.Comfortable building from the ground up rather than inheriting established systems.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $180,000 – $220,000Performance bonusEquity participationComprehensive health benefits401(k) matchFlexible PTOProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative, high-growth cultureIf you're a brand builder who enjoys creating strategy, influencing culture, and driving growth across retail and digital channels, I'd love to connect.
