Sr. Technical Program Manager (SW/FW) – Lake Forest, CAWe are seeking a highly technical Software Technical Program Manager to drive execution across software and firmware within complex, hardware-integrated systems.This role operates at the system level, where hardware, software, and firmware converge. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software and firmware across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with hardware development, system integration, validation, and release into production.Unlike traditional TPM roles focused on a single program, this position requires managing multiple parallel customer programs, navigating cross-functional dependencies, and driving execution in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, requiring strong ownership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of software and firmware deliverables across multiple concurrent programsDevelop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and release plansPartner closely with hardware TPMs, engineering, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and on-time deliveryCoordinate system-level integration across hardware, software, and firmware componentsDrive validation readiness, release execution, and deployment activitiesProvide clear, structured program updates and support customer-facing communications as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related roleProven experience managing software execution across multiple concurrent programsExperience working within hardware-integrated or multidisciplinary engineering environmentsExposure to firmware or embedded systems developmentDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependenciesStrong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsBackground in semiconductor, capital equipment, or embedded systems environmentsExperience with system integration, validation, or new product introduction (EVT/DVT/PVT)Experience working with globally distributed teamsAdditional InformationThis is a fully onsite position based in Lake Forest, CaliforniaThe role requires approximately 25% travel, both domestic and internationalVisa sponsorship is not available for this position
