The Opportunity This role starts on an as-needed/contract basis, making it the perfect "side-hustle" for a top-tier mechanic looking to transition into business ownership. As we scale, this role is designed to evolve into a full-time leadership position. To prove we’re serious about your value, we are offering equity (ownership stake)in the company. We want you to have skin in the game as we dominate the SWFL coast. What You’ll Do Mobile Excellence:Perform high-level diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on-site (docks, lifts, and storage). System Overhauls:Expertly handle repowers, electrical refits, and advanced troubleshooting. Strategic Input:Help us refine our service offerings, tool selection, and operational workflows. Customer Experience:Act as the face of the brand, providing the kind of elite service that keeps boaters coming back. What You Bring Master Level Expertise:You have 10+ years of experience and carry current certifications (Yamaha Master Tech, Mercury Verado/Racing, Suzuki, or ABYC/NMEA). The SWFL Kit:Deep knowledge of the local salt-water environment and common issues facing boaters from Sarasota to Marco Island.
