This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for working with our youngest learners and understands the importance of structure, love, and individualized care in early childhood development.Key Responsibilities: Create a warm and welcoming environment for infants and toddlers Keep up with numerous individualized schedules, including feeding, naps, and diapering Maintain accurate daily records of activities, meals, diaper changes, and naps Follow all health, safety, and DSS licensing regulations Respond promptly and professionally to parent communications Help smooth transitions and regulate various temperaments throughout the day Organize and implement age-appropriate crafts and sensory activities Provide loving and attentive care during diapering, feeding, and naptime routines Supervise toddler mealtimes and introduce basic developmental conceptsWere Looking for Someone Who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented xaygatp Has experience with infants and toddlers Is calm, nurturing, and patient in a fast-paced environment Can balance structure with flexibility to meet childrens individual needs Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative work settingIf you're ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of infants and toddlers while working in a supportive and loving environment, we want to hear from you!
