We're small, fast, and growing — and we're looking for the person who will own our product from first sketch to mass production. *W H A T Y O U ' L L D O* Design new products and improve the ones we already sell Build samples in-house — cut, sew, prototype, iterate Turn those samples into clean, production-ready tech packs Own the supplier relationship: sourcing, sampling, pricing, lead times, QC Find and vet new manufacturers as we scale *W H O Y O U A R E* Genuinely creative, but obsessed with execution Hands-on with cut & sew (headwear, accessories, or soft goods) Fluent in tech packs, BOMs, spec sheets, grading Comfortable negotiating and following through with factories — you chase the sample, the correction, the delivery date Equal parts designer and operator. This role is both. *W H Y I T ' S A G R E A T R O L E* You won't be one designer in a queue. You'll own the entire product side of a growing brand and see your ideas on real heads within months.
