Full-Stack Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:Velia Multiservices is partnering with an ambitious seed-stage AI startup building the next generation of AI-powered marketing technology. We're looking for a high-impact Full-Stack Engineer who wants more than just another engineering job — someone excited to help shape product direction, scale infrastructure, and build alongside a fast-moving founding team.What You'll Be BuildingScalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI and structured Pydantic schemasModern React/TypeScript frontends with Zustand, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSSComplex backend systems with Django ORM and PostgreSQL, including multi-tenant architecture, versioned content systems, and dynamic templatesInfrastructure and deployment pipelines using Docker, GCP (Cloud Run & GKE), Terraform, and GitHub ActionsProduction-ready testing across frontend and backend systemsData operations, SQL migrations, and debugging across staging/production environmentsWhat They're Looking For4–6 years of Full-Stack Engineering experienceStrong expertise in Python and React/TypeScriptExperience building and scaling production software in fast-paced startup environmentsStrong product ownership mindset with the ability to ship features end-to-endExperience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering cultureFamiliarity with AdTech/MarTech APIs such as Google Ads and Meta APIs
