Marketing - Digital Marketing Assistant (Miami)

Job Description/Responsibilities:– Design the digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including target audiences, communication channels, sequence of impacts, and timing.– Define campaign logic (what message, when, and to whom) and establish success criteria, KPIs, and expected reporting prior to launch.– Translate marketing strategy into functional campaign logic executable in Adobe.– Ensure consistency across message, channel, segmentation, and timing throughout the campaign lifecycle.– Validate all functional dependencies required for campaign execution, including audiences, rules, triggers, content availability, and tracking.– Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, rules, and journeys within Adobe platforms.– Own and execute the campaign go-live, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readiness.– Ensure alignment and preparedness across all stakeholders involved in the campaign.– Monitor campaign performance against defined success criteria, ensuring traceability, control, and quality standards.– Analyze results, produce campaign reporting, and derive actionable insights from performance data.– Propose and implement continuous optimizations and contribute to the evolution of digital campaign best practices.– Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the immediate supervisor.Must-Have Requirements:Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation5 years of industry experience, at least 3 years of Adobe experienceProven hands-on experience with Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey OptimizerMust be fluent in at least 2 out of these 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English)Must be creative, proactive and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environmentSpecific hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo is requiredExperience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and complianceExperience within regulated industries (financial services preferred)Must be creative, proactive, and ability to multitask in fast-paced, dynamic environment
