Milestone Logistics Specialists are responsible for safely moving all of the parts into, out of, and around the client Data Centers using a variety of technology and equipment.How You Will Make a Difference:Work on a team of logistics specialists who work together and independently as requiredMaintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactionsEnsure accurate and timely shipments and receiptsTransport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks), and box truck (No commercial driver's license required) by all safety procedures and protocolComplete other duties that may be assigned as required with consideration for quality, safety, and efficiencyCommit to excellence in your contribution to overall Service DeliveryAlign with our Milestone Core Values of a Sense of Urgency, Collaboration, Open Honest Respectful Communication, Do What We Say, and going Above and BeyondWhat You Will Need to Succeed:Minimum 1 year of operations or material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environmentHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentAbility to work with instruction as part of a larger teamInitiative to complete tasks as assigned independently of the teamAgility to manage changing workload priorities as directedEnsure a positive, respectful, and professional attitude in everything you doCompetency in understanding and performing workplace safety basics Good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsDemonstrate a willingness to be challenged and learn new skillsInventory control skills, manage priorities and workflow Computer, iPad, and iPhone literateProficient in Windows, Apple (Mac and iPad) and peripheral devicesExperience driving forklift or electric pallet jack experiencePhysical Demands:May require up to 25% travelMay require extended periods on your feetMay require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center
