Facilities Maintenance Technician IV - Carpenter

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV – Carpenter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our environments remain safe, functional, and supportive for the individuals we serve. You'll be part of a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement while offering meaningful, hands-on work that has a visible and lasting impact.Pay Range: $27.44 - $32.44 Hourly; Based on experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform skilled carpentry and general maintenance tasks in a professional and efficient mannerMaintain clean, safe work areas and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety standardsComplete work orders from start to finish, including documentation and daily activity logsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scopeMeasure, cut, shape, and install materials to complete repairs and construction projectsConstruct, repair, and install structural components, fixtures, flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and furnitureSafely operate and maintain hand and power tools according to manufacturer guidelinesTroubleshoot issues, apply effective solutions, and communicate challenges to supervisor as neededMaintain professionalism, adhere to uniform standards, and work collaboratively with staffComplete required trainings and follow departmental proceduresParticipate in on-call rotation, emergency response, and snow removal as neededREQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalentSufficient carpentry experience and technical knowledge to perform responsibilities independentlyAbility to read and interpret construction documents and perform accurate measurementsWorking knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materialsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyBENEFITS:Over 6 weeks of paid time off your 1st yearCollege partnerships that provide discountsScholarships available!403B with company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, etc.and much more, see link belowAnderson Center for Autism offers our employees a generous benefits package:About Anderson Center for Autism Anderson Center for Autism is dedicated to optimizing the quality of life for individuals with autism across the lifespan.
