OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive patient assessments, conducts physical exams, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality, continuous care in an OB/GYN setting.Practices according to established protocols, California Board standards, and office policies.Performs age-appropriate assessments, reviews medical records, and orders diagnostic tests as needed.Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other providers to promote seamless care.Delegates tasks, evaluates team performance, and participates in quality improvement and research activities.Utilizes safety principles, manages emergencies, and maintains legal and ethical standards.Maintains professional development and demonstrates a service-oriented approach.Basic qualifications include 3-5 years of experience, a master's degree in Nursing (Adult, Family Practice, or Women's Health), and valid California licensing and certifications.The position is full-time with benefits such as 401(k), insurance options, and paid time off, with a preference for bilingual (Spanish) candidates and those able to work in or relocate to Glendora, CA.
