Salary Range:
$75/hr.- $80/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into client’s Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work — handling the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests — so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
- Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
- Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process
- Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work
- Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
- Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners
- Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change
- Prior Meta experience is a significant plus, though its absence won't rule a candidate out .Must have skills :System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
- Programming in Hack, Python, and JavaStrong cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timeline
