Job Description The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will serve as the welcoming face and organizational backbone of the office, supporting multiple departments under the guidance of the Office Manager. This role requires handling front desk duties, managing schedules, and maintaining smooth office operations through efficient document and correspondence management.
