Operations Coordinator
Location: Oakland, CA (On-site)Schedule: 36 hours/week, 4 days a week, flexible hours (7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)Employment Type: Temporary to hire, with potential for permanent placementCompensation: $33/hour-$37/hourOperations Coordinator – Opioid Treatment ProgramWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the operational infrastructure of a growing behavioral healthcare organization with approximately 50 staff members and two local sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving systems, managing complex coordination, and supporting compliance in a regulated environment. You will work closely with the Administrative Director to strengthen operational processes and documentation, support audits and licensing, and contribute to organization-wide improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coordination of licensing, insurance, and compliance tracking systems. Support audit readiness, inspections, and regulatory documentation. Coordinate facilities, vendors, and operational logistics. Maintain and improve workflows, procedures, and tracking systems. Support and facilitate process improvement initiatives. Ensure follow- through on cross-departmental projects and priorities.What We’re Looking For:At least 4 years of operations or administrative experience. Experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Experience with process improvement methods such as Human-Centered Design, DMAIC, PDSA, or Change Management.
