Parts Coordinator (inventory)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional with good communication skills and who is detailed oriented.Duties and Responsibilities:Accept customer phone calls and answer e-mailsProduce parts quotes for customer’s bases upon their machine typeEvaluate machine drawings for proper part identificationPick Items accurately according to internal and external orders.Enter data accurately into our ERP & CRM systems.Receive & inspect packages from Domestic and international VendorsPackage and ship out packages to Domestic and international Customers.Communicate with Field Service technicians and fulfill any items for service.Enter orders provided by our Modification DepartmentCreate RMAs for returning itemsAssist with the assembly of large wood machine crates.Willing to learn how to drive a forklift carrying oversize heavy weight items (internal training / certification provided)Requirements:High School Diploma / GEDNo Experience Required.Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools.Company DescriptionWe are the sole distributor of Dr. BOY injection molding machines in North America.
