As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor in leading the service team and with overall facilities operations including:Trouble-shooting resident service issues including, HVAC, general appliance work, electrical, plumbing, etc.Responding to maintenance work orders, following up with residents and office staff, and directing/overseeing the work of independent contractors and vendors.Ensuring the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, and community inspections.Ordering, stocking, and organizing an inventory of parts, supplies, and materialsWork hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with emergency on-call rotation as designated by the Property Manager.The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have:3 or more years of related experience that demonstrates a broad knowledge of general maintenanceEPA Type I & II certification is requiredCPO certification preferredExperience with Microsoft Outlook and Office products Exceptional attention to detailA positive, team-oriented attitudeA valid driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable method of transportation High school diploma or equivalent We are proud to offer many Benefits & Perks at Ackermann Group including:Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement program with company matchPaid time off and holidays Employee rent discount to live at any Ackermann community Career coaching and developmentCompany engagement events
