Onsite Desktop Support Specialist (Windows & Mac)

TekStream’s enterprise project team is looking for smart, friendly and engaging Desktop Support professionals to provide onsite technical support of Windows and Mac laptops, iOS and Android mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.Applicants must be open to a long term contract and local to Atlanta, GA as these roles are onsite, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.What we’re looking for…Onsite desktop / help desk support for large enterprise company/clientExperience troubleshooting Windows and Mac (macOS) as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android)Experience imaging and configuring Windows and Mac devicesExcellent presentation and communication skillsThis is a great opportunity to take part in a growing award-winning team!
