We value every team member and strive for an inclusive and collaborative culture that fosters the best in everyone.We are seeking an experienced IT professional with extensive SharePoint experience to support our Online Environments and act as a liaison to our Managed IT Service Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor relationship management in order to ensure the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.  This is a unique hybrid role; as such, candidates must be comfortable with navigating through competing priorities and be comfortable working with end-users. The IT & SharePoint Administrator will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our SharePoint Online environments, as well as contributing to migration projects to ensure a successful transition of content and data. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and migration strategies to optimize and customize SharePoint solutions for our organization.Candidates must be comfortable in recommending, developing, and optimizing IT policies and procedures, enhancing our operational efficiency and security posture.Responsibilities:Proactive Asset and Vendor Management: Oversee the lifecycle of hardware inventory, from procurement to retirement, while negotiating and managing relationships with vendors to secure optimal value and service.Advance Security Measures: Collaborate closely with security teams to implement and maintain robust security strategies for all endpoints. Support the enhancement of our organizational security posture through regular audits and strategic improvement recommendations.Policy Development and Automation: Contribute to the creation and enforcement of IT policies that align with our business objectives and client requirements.Project Management Excellence: Manage critical IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the evolving needs of the organization. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure IT solutions align with broader business goals.SharePoint Online Management: Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions following best practices and business needs.Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze requests for technology changes and customization by consulting with end-users and other internal and external stakeholders to determine requirement. Assesses system impact of proposed changes and make recommendations that ensure consistency with existing system standards and future system implementation goals to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.Migration Strategy and Execution: Contribute to migration projects ensuring content and data integrity.Collaborate with external IT partners to resolve complex problems and oversee elevated technical support challenges and resolution.Documentation, Training: Create comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and training materials for IT partners and end-users to facilitate effective usage and management of Microsoft 365 services.Research and Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions that benefit the organization.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Managing and optimizing M365 platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other related tools, including migration planning and execution.Developing and executing strategic plans related to M365 platforms.Understanding cloud-based technologies, security protocols, and data governance principles.Experience with Cloud Storage (OneDrive).Strong problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Preferred Skills:Microsoft 365 certifications, SharePoint certifications.Previous experience with SharePoint deployments.Basic understanding of governance and compliance aspects of SharePoint Online.Citrus Health Group is not accepting applications from third-party firms at this time. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Citrus Health Group is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant because of race, creed, color, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender expression and identity, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status, application for military service, or any other class protected by state or federal law.
