Site Safety Manager (Direct Hire)Location: Flint, Michigan (Onsite)Coverage Area: Southeast Michigan Job SitesSalary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)Competitive pay and full benefits package including paid time off and paid holidaysWe are seeking a Site Safety Manager to oversee jobsite safety across multiple projects in Southeast Michigan. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong growth potential and the ability to make a direct impact on field safety performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee safety compliance across active construction and/or manufacturing job sitesDevelop and maintain pre-task plans and ensure consistent execution in the fieldConduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety observationsPartner with project leadership and field teams to enforce safety standards and best practicesServe as the lead safety resource for assigned projectsPromote a proactive safety culture across all job sitesQualificationsMinimum 5 years of safety experience in construction job sites or manufacturing environmentsExperience writing and implementing pre-task plansPreferred: NFPA 70E certification or trainingPreferred (not required): OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 certificationPrior experience serving as a lead safety professional on projectsStrong communication and leadership skills in field environmentsExperience working on data center projects and/or GM-related work is a plusProficient and comfortable using Microsoft ExcelThis is a great opportunity for a safety professional looking to take ownership of multiple job sites and work with a respected organization in Southeast Michigan.Reliance One, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
