Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Foreman in our Moving division based in Manhattan, NY. The Foreman will oversee the day-to-day operations of moving projects, including directing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining project schedules. Responsibilities include supervising movers, handling heavy equipment, ensuring the safe transportation of items, and maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with clients. The Foreman will also oversee on-site carpentry and basic equipment maintenance as needed. Qualifications Strong supervisory and team management skills to lead and coordinate moving staff effectivelyExperience with heavy equipment handling and safe lifting techniquesProficiency in carpentry and general maintenanceExcellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionallyAbility to solve problems quickly and manage project timelines efficientlyPhysical fitness to handle the active nature of the rolePrior experience in moving, logistics, or a related field is a plus
