Their team partners closely with customers from concept through production to develop packaging that protects products, strengthens branding, and enhances the in-store shopping experience.We're seeking a Structural Packaging Designer who thrives on solving design challenges, creating innovative packaging, and developing eye-catching retail displays that make products stand out.What You'll Be Doing:Design innovative structural packaging, retail displays, POP/POS displays, and merchandising solutions.Develop creative packaging concepts while considering manufacturability, structural integrity, material utilization, and cost.Create production-ready CAD drawings, dielines, prototypes, and engineering documentation using ArtiosCAD and related design software.Partner directly with customers to understand project goals and translate concepts into functional packaging solutions.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs transition efficiently into production.Build prototypes, evaluate designs, and implement improvements throughout the development process.Recommend innovative solutions that improve product presentation, manufacturing efficiency, and overall functionality.Manage multiple custom projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting customer deadlines.What We're Looking For:Experience designing structural packaging, retail displays, corrugated packaging, folding cartons, or POP/POS displays.Strong understanding of packaging materials, structural design, and manufacturing processes.Experience with ArtiosCAD, Esko, CAD software, or similar structural packaging design tools.Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
