Automotive Service Advisor European & Performance Vehicles

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a warm welcome. Listen attentively to customer concerns and issues with their vehicles. Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs, maintenance services, and cost estimates to customers. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and provide regular updates on repairs and maintenance progress. Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle history in the database system. Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining issues. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with a focus on BMW vehicles. Strong knowledge of BMW models, features, and maintenance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer software and database systems. Automotive technical knowledge or experience is a plus.
