The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with the Government customer, manage key personnel, and ensure full compliance with Performance Work Statement requirements.ResponsibilitiesServe as the single point of contact for all contractual matters with the Government Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer RepresentativeProvide overall leadership, direction, and management of contract operationsManage, mentor, and develop key personnel and technical staffDevelop and execute program management plans, schedules, and budgetsEnsure compliance with all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and Service Level AgreementsConduct risk management and mitigation planningPrepare and deliver program status briefings to senior Government and company leadershipCoordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure integrated service deliveryImplement ITIL-based service management processesEnsure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and Army regulationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of IT program management experienceMinimum 5 years managing large-scale DoD IT services contracts ($50M+ annually)Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationITIL v4 Foundation certificationDemonstrated experience managing teams of 50+ technical personnelStrong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Active Security Clearance RequiredDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in related fieldExperience with Army PEO EIS or PL ALTESS programsExperience with cloud migration and modernization initiativesITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certificationExperience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologiesTechnical SkillsProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)Knowledge of IT service management frameworksUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI)Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST 800-53)IPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
