You'll be responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging your network to grow revenue, and guiding clients through complex buying decisions across a full suite of solutions.Key responsibilities include:Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generationLeverage your established network to drive opportunities and close high-impact dealsConduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutionsLead strategic planning across integrated campaigns—including broadcast, digital, events, and sponsorshipsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfactionServe as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organizationMeet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising (required)Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutionsA proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business winsStrong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers in PortlandExpertise in consultative selling and long-term client relationship developmentExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsA strong personal drive, professional polish, and collaborative spiritValid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)BA/BS degree (preferred)What's In It for You?We know sales is a grind, but the rewards are real.
