Your Role: Verify vendor invoices and classify them by account numbers for payment processing. Process accounts payable records and vouchers using accounting software. Create and maintain vendor file information in the system. Prepare Cash Requirements reports and process checks for disbursement while seeking available discounts. Reconcile vendor statements and monitor accounts payable issues or variances. Communicate with intercompany and vendor personnel to handle inquiries and resolve issues. What we’re looking for: Minimum of two years’ experience in an accounts payable or accounting position. High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an emphasis in accounting; completion of college-level accounting courses is desirable. Basic math skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in Excel and PC skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work with occasional walking and standing. Ready to make a difference?
