About The RoleLocation: Saginaw, Michigan (on site preferred; potentially hybrid)If you’re a senior-level project manager who likes to own the plan and drive it to the finish line, you’ll feel at home at Morley.As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the simultaneous execution of multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) group, supporting Fortune 500 clients. You’ll bring clarity and discipline to timelines, risk management and change efforts – while partnering with people who show up with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and a shared focus on getting it done.The Senior Project Manager serves as a primary point of accountability for project performance, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement across assigned initiatives.This is an on-site role, with potential for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.What You’ll DoProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules and deliverables based on approved statements of work and business requirementsIdentify, secure and coordinate resources (team members, subject matter experts and leadership stakeholders)Lead project meetings and ensure alignment on goals, roles, timelines and success metricsTrack progress and proactively adjust timelines, resources or scope as needed to maintain delivery commitmentsHold team members accountable for completing tasks and deliverables on timeManage critical path activities so milestones and outcomes aren’t compromisedProvide clear project status updates, including dashboards and report card measures as neededRisk, Issue & Change ManagementIdentify risks early and create mitigation strategies based on project complexity and risk profileTrack issues, drive resolutions and escalate when needed to protect outcomesManage scope changes through formal change control processes to stay aligned with contractual and business expectationsStakeholder & Client CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for project status, risks and deliverablesPrepare and deliver regular status reports to internal leaders and client stakeholdersKeep communication clear and timely across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and accountabilityQuality Assurance & GovernanceEnsure quality assurance checkpoints are completed in accordance with organizational standardsConfirm deliverables meet defined requirements before milestone or final deliveryMaintain accurate project documentation in the right systems throughout the project lifecycleProject Closeout & Continuous ImprovementLead formal project closeout activities, including final reporting and documentation validationConfirm all contractual and operational requirements are completeCapture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projectsSecure project approvals and signoff from key stakeholdersLeadership & CollaborationCoach and mentor project team members and project managers as neededModel strong accountability, problem-solving and decision-makingCollaborate effectively across operations, IT, finance, compliance and other teamsBuild cohesion across functional groups and keep teams focused on outcomesCelebrate milestones and recognize contributions and performanceLocation Our office is a friendly, casual environment in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants.
