In this role, you will design, build, test, and maintain high-performing, resilient applications. You’ll work across the full stack—developing clean backend services using Java and Spring, building intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring our production systems remain secure, scalable, and stable.What You’ll DoBuild & Maintain Quality Code: Write, unit test, and document high-quality technical work products (code, scripts, processes) in alignment with organizational standards.Full-Stack Development: Design new implementations and enhance existing architectures using Java, Spring, and modern UI frameworks.Operational Excellence: Efficiently debug design-time and run-time problems, identifying root causes in service dependencies and interactions.Observability & Performance: Leverage system telemetry to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve operational issues affecting reliability, stability, and performance.Secure Coding & Code Reviews: Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high security standards.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and architectural simplification to boost team performance and streamline delivery.Technical RequirementsMust-Have Skills:Strong foundation in Java and modern software engineering practices.Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, REST APIs).Proven experience in UI Development (Web front-end technologies/frameworks).Nice-to-Have Skills:Exposure to AI Engineering principles or integrating AI/LLM features into workflows.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated deployment practices.
