Required Skills: Experience w/High Speed, Multi-Layer, Digital, Analog, RF, Flex, Controlled Impedance, Differential and Mixed Signal, (BGA's, CCGA's, Micro-Vias, Buried Resistors), Auto-routers. Current experience with Mentor Graphics Expedition, DxDesigner & AutoCad. Demonstrated ability to design MCMs and work in various advanced RF dielectrics and substrate technologies. They need strong PCB skills and they will consider candidates with any tool experience similar to Mentor Graphics 10+ years relevant CAD experience.
