Summary:Assemble components per blueprints, process specs, and production plans.Education:High school diploma or GED requiredBlueprint reading preferredExperience:2+ years tooling experience preferredLayup/bagging experience a plusSkills:Use of measurement toolsAbility to read job orders and blueprintsPhysical Requirements:Stand 7–9 hours dailyLift up to 50 lbsFrequent gripping, reaching, bending, and stoopingResponsibilities:Verify parts and toolingAssemble and inspect components to specificationsComplete logs, paperwork, and job trackingPerform close-tolerance inspectionsCommunicate issues and progress to supervisorMaintain clean, safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and instructions
