Great, your base salary will start at $36,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $8,000-10,000 Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Sales Acumen: Proven track record in successfully converting leads and closing deals. Initiative: Able to work proactively and independently, taking ownership of tasks and goals. Responsibilities Sell auto insurance policies to new and existing clients Quote policies accurately and explain pricing, coverage, and deductibles Cross-sell and upsell related products (home, renters, umbrella, etc.) Relationship Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.
