We've built a strong reputation for advocating for injured clients across South Carolina and North Carolina, with a focus on exceptional client service and strong case results.Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trialDraft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and discoveryObtain and organize medical records, bills, and supporting case documentationCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneysAssist with trial preparation, mediation packages, and demand lettersMaintain case calendars, deadlines, and file managementSupport attorneys with day-to-day litigation and pre-litigation mattersQualifications:4+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience preferredStrong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation and/or litigation processesExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience handling medical records and case management software preferredFluency in Spanish is a huge plusSalary and Other Compensation:The base salary for this position is between $70,000 – $85,000 annually.
