Ask for details!What You'll Do:Provide comprehensive patient care through assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation in the EMRSupport providers during diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts, medication administration, and patient educationCollaborate with providers and care teams to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flowMaintain clinical quality and safety standards in alignment with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements while performing additional duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience is preferredActive WA RN licenseDual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 daysNurse Licensure Compact (NLC): If the RN holds a license from a participating NLC state, they must provide proof of primary state of residence and proof of completed suicide - prevention training during the first week of onboarding.
