We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!Demonstrates a strong, needs-based sales and service focus as defined and measured in the Member Center and Corporate Balanced Scorecards. Determines financial needs through a strategic questioning approach, educating and cross-selling CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services (CIS)/CEFCU Financial Services (CFS) products and services to members as well as utilizing Creating Member Loyalty (CML) skills. Responsibilities include processing transactions, resolving account issues, and answering member questions, while using third-party systems for check scanning and transaction verification. The position requires compliance with government regulations and CEFCU policies, maintaining cash drawer limits, and achieving performance goals. Additionally, the role emphasizes member satisfaction, promoting a professional image, teamwork, flexibility in scheduling, and contributing to office duties.Provides the highest quality member experience, for both internal and external members.Hours:Lobby: Monday - Thursday, 8:45-5:15, Friday 7:45-5:15, Saturday 8:45-1:15Drive up: Monday - Friday, 7:45-5:15, Saturday 8:45-1:15*Flexibility in scheduling required. Saturdays required with a day off throughout the week.Required:• 0-2 years' customer service experience.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of all Federal and State Regulations governing Financial Institutions through the successful completion of the formal Member Assistant Training module, including required continuing education related to the Bank Secrecy Act, Identity Theft - Red Flags, Elderly Abuse/Financial Exploitation and robbery procedures.• Acquire and maintain proficient operation and knowledge in CEFCU mainframe applications and the following third-party systems: Teller Encore System, VSoft, Instant OFAC, OnBase, Quick Assist True Checks, Lobby Tracking, and Branch Appointments.• Basic operation and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Ability to balance Cashier's Checks and Money Orders, and other receptionist duties (telephone etiquette, brochure and rate updates, etc.)• Cross-trained as receptionist within one year, if applicable.Preferred:• Proven record of relationship building, sales and servicing skills through current applicable departmentmetrics.• Thorough knowledge of CEFCU products and services.• Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience.Summary Pay RangeThe anticipated starting pay range for this position is $18.56 - $21.81.The pay range listed represents the anticipated starting range for a successful candidate.
