Client Associate

Location: Buffalo, United States – New York Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities You will support a team of Financial Advisors in Buffalo, NY, with particular focus on assisting their high-net-worth clients. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of administrative support. Qualifications Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only); licenses preferred but not needed at the time of hire. Ideally 3–5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector. College degree, focusing on finance/banking. Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills. Detail oriented; nothing gets past you. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Salary Indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role: United States – New York – Buffalo, min USD 58,000 – max USD 65,000 per annum. The expected salary will be determined by factors such as role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
