Field Engineer #42110Contract/ Contract to HireELMHURST, NYHourly Pay: $27-$33Benefits: Medical, 401K, Vision, and DentalJob SummaryThe role is responsible for providing a broad scope of operational support and handling Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests supporting IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.Key Responsibilities:Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.Produce timely and detailed service reports.Document processes and technical procedures.Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and recommendations.Align workflow activities with established schedules.Accurately document solutions related to complex technical issues.Create workaround procedures when standard processes fail and ensure issues are fully resolved.Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and system setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders."All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran"
