Business Development Manager (BDM) - REMOTE About the Role My client is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem to join thier growing team. This is a hunter-focused role designed for a driven sales professional who is ready for upward mobility and wants a clear path to Director of Sales or VP of Sales. This is an opportunity to help build and standardize the sales function from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referral channels Independently source and develop leads (hunter mentality required) Run product demonstrations with functional support when needed Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal, and close Build, refine, and standardize the company's sales process Maintain and manage pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed quota Ideal Candidate Profile 4-7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including ERP and CRM/CE Experience with Power Platform is acceptable Background primarily in Salesforce or HubSpot environments is not preferred Proven ability to run demos independently Self-starter who thrives in a startup setting Flexible, proactive, and excited about building processes and infrastructure Strong desire for career progression into sales leadership Industries & Target Market Current focus industries include: Manufacturing Professional Services Healthcare Industry-agnostic sales approach based on deep business process expertise Career Path This role offers a clearly defined growth trajectory to Director of Sales or VP of Sales for a high performer who demonstrates leadership, process-building capability, and consistent revenue generation.
