Litigation Paralegal
We’re hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal (remote, contract).Dermer Appel Ruder, LLC is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience who can step in and handle substantive litigation work—primarily in insurance defense (premises liability, trucking, and personal injury), with some plaintiff- work.This is not an administrative role. We need someone who is comfortable:• Drafting discovery responses, including communicating directly with clients to gather substantive information• Preparing plaintiff demand packages• Creating detailed medical chronologies• Working independently and keeping cases movingExperience with nursing home litigation is a strong plus. Familiarity with Clio and NetDocuments is preferred. Time entry in Clio (ABA billing) required.Fully remote. Hourly contract position.
