We work for company’s that sell to schools, parks and rec , city’s , daycares etc…Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Lead located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Crew Lead will oversee and participate construction projects, manage team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines are met with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include running daily operations, maintaining communication between team members and management, conducting safety and quality inspections, and addressing any on-site challenges efficiently.QualificationsStrong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crewProficiency in construction techniques, project management, and site supervisionUnderstanding of safety protocols and quality standards in constructionEffective communication and organizational skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and informed decisionsPrevious experience in a construction setting is preferred Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materialsA high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or a related field are a plusability to obtain a cdl ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently .
