Warehouse Associate

Your proactive approach will help ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely shipping and receiving, and smooth warehouse distribution processes. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our team. *Responsibilities* * Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure precise order fulfillment * Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols * Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and conducting regular stock counts * Support shipping logistics by preparing packaging materials, verifying shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches * Enter data accurately into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or similar platforms for seamless order processing *Requirements* * Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; forklift certification is preferred * Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting purposes * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate order picking & packing and inventory control * Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real impact!
