This role helps drive customer engagement, support marketing initiatives, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. It is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This sis a direct hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate would go directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible for their robust benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesSales SupportMaintain and update customer records in CRM systemsManage product sample library and tracking processesPrepare sales reports and assist with market data analysisSupport lead generation and onboarding of new customersAssist with sales campaigns, email outreach, and trade show follow-upHelp plan and coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics and timelinesMarketing SupportCoordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and eventsAssist with social media content and account maintenanceHelp create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newslettersTrack and report on marketing campaign performanceSupport event planning including trade shows, webinars, and promotionsAdministrative SupportManage schedules, travel arrangements, and team calendarsPerform general office tasks such as data entry and document preparationMaintain organized files and shared databasesFollow established safety and workplace proceduresQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredEquivalent work experience will be consideredExperience1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles preferredSkillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics) is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentA P P L Y T O D A YInterested in learning more?
