Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team. Bartenders also receive 50% off meals both on and off shift. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards Accurately handle cash transactions using the POS system Manage multiple orders efficiently through effective time management and multitasking skills Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure seamless service during busy hours Skills Proven experience as a bartender is highly desirable Ability to carry 50+ pounds up two flights of stairs Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Experience with serving food and beverages in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
