This role sits within a multi-product ecosystem and requires strong execution discipline, operational thinking, and clear backlog ownership.This is an individual contributor role for a Product Manager who thrives in complex, operational SaaS environments and wants to deliver measurable impact within a mature platform organization.OverviewAs a Product Manager at Fourth, you will:Own a defined product surface area within the global Inventory platformTranslate operational customer pain points into scalable product solutionsPrioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIsPartner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadenceSupport enhancements across both legacy and growth initiatives while maintaining roadmap disciplineSuccess in this role requires navigating integration-heavy systems, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining execution stability while delivering measurable value.Product Execution & DeliveryTranslate product strategy into actionable roadmaps within your defined scopeOwn backlog prioritization, balancing customer feedback, data insights, and commercial impactDeliver features tied to operational KPIs such as labor efficiency, compliance adherence, inventory accuracy, or margin optimizationEnsure clear acceptance criteria, documentation, and release readinessPartner with Engineering in sprint planning, refinement, and delivery ceremoniesThis role includes true backlog ownership within agreed strategic guardrails and clear escalation pathways for trade-offs or scope shifts.Customer & Market InsightEngage directly with customers to understand workflow friction and operational constraintsIdentify opportunities for automation, forecasting improvements, and workflow simplificationTranslate real-world operational complexity into intuitive product experiencesContribute to competitive and market awareness within hospitality and workforce technologyAI & Operational IntelligenceWithin Fourth’s Platforms, AI-enabled Capabilities May IncludeForecasting models that inform inventory planningAutomation of manual back-office workflowsPredictive alerts embedded directly within user workflowsPost-launch iteration informed by measurable usage and performance dataWe are looking for PMs who understand how AI and automation should enhance operational workflows — not exist as standalone features. AI exposure is valuable but not required if operational depth is strong.Metrics & ImpactDefine success metrics at feature inceptionTrack adoption, usage patterns, and KPI impact post-launchDrive iteration based on measurable performanceMaintain transparency with stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomesAbout YouWe are targeting mid-level to early-senior Product Managers (4–7 years experience) who have experience in:SaaS or enterprise softwareOperational platforms (hospitality tech, retail systems, inventory, supply chain, or forecasting tools)Integration-heavy environmentsAgile product development with clear sprint disciplineYou BringDemonstrated backlog ownership within a defined product surface areaExperience shipping features tied to measurable operational or business KPIsStrong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Data teamsComfort navigating legacy constraints while driving incremental modernizationA default towards execution clarity over ambiguous scopeGrowth & OwnershipThis is an individual contributor role with a clear path to Senior Product Manager through expanded scope and measurable impact.
