Patient Population: Adult, no pedsEMR: Excellian (EPIC) prior experience w/ this system is preferred but not requiredLocum will be responsible for consults and follow-ups. No admits.Certifications Required: Board Certification NeurologyCertifications Preferred: Neurohospitalist Fellowship would be nice but not an absolute criterionMinimum experience required: 1-2 years post training experience in hospital based / inpatient workDepartment Description: US News ranked Abbott Northwestern in the nation for neurology and neurosurgery for and the best hospital in the Twin Cities for 7 years in a row. Additionally, Abbott recently completed new 43,000 square foot neuroscience unit on the sixth floor with 13 neuro ICU rooms and 43 general neurology beds. Department is supported by 3 vascular neurologists and private neurohospitalists
