Our Opportunity: Warehouse SupervisorStatus: Full Time Day Shift Hours: 12-hour shift - 6a-6pSchedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations including inbound/outbound shipping, scheduling, inventory accuracy, rework, and others as assigned. Assist and coach the forklift operators, office staff, and warehouse lead. Coordinate special requests, oversee special projects. What You Will Be DoingSupervision and Safety of Employees (including enforcing policies)Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load & unload trucksDocumentation of damaged productsCreate Bill of LadingsResearching and/or correcting discrepancies on bills of lading or transfer sheetsAttention to detail concerning lot codes, item numbers, and descriptionsAbility to demonstrate FIFO and Cycle CountingRework of damaged product and cleanliness of equipment/warehouse floorQuality assurance of all productsReceive materials and check inWMS/SAP experience preferredProcess inbound/outbound loads through warehouse management systemTag/count finished goods & materialCreate/send daily shift reportsCoach and mentor employee's reporting to this positionOversee and assist dock coordinators and other shipping office staffOther duties as assignedWhat You Need to Bring3 years + experience in warehouse/inventory management Computer Literacy and Capability is required, ie.
