The Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. Coordinator will be calling dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on the title status of accounts and working the initial contact on new accounts. A self‑motivated individual who can work under limited supervision, with efficient time management, multitasking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail skills, is a likely match for this position.
Responsibilities
Provide a world class experience for customers through strong communication skills.
Update various trackers and send out documents to customers and DMVs, verifying accuracy of documents.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Ensure accuracy and meet the highest quality assurance standards.
Manage multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize workflow, and complete work efficiently.
Exhibit professionalism and morale with associates at all levels, including external contacts.
Call dealerships and customers to obtain title status updates.
Call DMVs and previous lien holders when necessary.
Run state inquiries.
Place necessary documents on a tracker to send to perfect the accounts.
Send lien placement documents to customers.
Answer emails and voicemails within the specified service level agreement period.

Monday — Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Work from Home Technology Requirements
Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.
Reliable, private internet connection (not cellular data or hotspot) that is cable or fiber.
Private, password‑protected network with ownership or line‑of‑site to every device.
Minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload from the internet provider.
Both hardwired and WiFi connections acceptable, provided speed and security requirements are met.

Work from Home Location Requirements
This role is 100% work from home. Applicants must meet the required remote work internet access standards and must not reside in California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 3 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry.
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
At least 1 year of title processing experience.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $49,774 – $49,774 for Ops Sr. Coordinator, Capital One Auto.
