Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts.2. Providing pricing and product information to customers.3. Answering telephones promptly.4. Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.5. Assisting with inventory validation.6. Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.7. Ability to apply common sense when needed, while staying within company guidelines.Minimum Job RequirementsHeavy Duty Parts Counter experience preferred.High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredExcellent communication skills.Customer service skills.Reasoning ability.Technical skills.Problem Solving.Computer skills.Working Conditions and Physical EffortModerate physical activity.
