AI-Focused Software Engineer (Python, Django, React, Azure, GenAI) Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable) Employment Type: Contract 1099 ( 6 Months - 1 Year) Experience Required: 2–5 Years About Us We are an innovative healthcare technology company building next-generation AI-powered solutions that improve healthcare workflows, automation, and patient outcomes. We are looking for a passionate AI-Focused Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and work directly with leadership to develop scalable, intelligent applications. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Django, and React. Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Generative AI technologies. Develop APIs and backend services supporting intelligent workflows and automation. Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure. Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices using GitHub. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Support client-facing technical discussions and solution demonstrations. Required Skills 2–5 years of software development experience. Strong experience with Python and Django. Experience with React.js and modern front-end development. Experience building and consuming REST APIs. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini. Knowledge of AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare technology experience. Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, EHR, or EMR integrations. Experience with third-party API integrations. Exposure to workflow automation tools. Knowledge of BPMN, RPA, and screen automation technologies.
