We’ve got you covered!Top industry payTuition Reimbursement401k with company matchComprehensive health packagesPaid Time OffNIGHT AUDITOR (FULL TIME)The Night Auditor is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, auditing and posting of daily transactions, reconciling accounts, respond to all guest request, and act as communication liaison between the guests and all other departments. Your duties include but are not limited to, effectively communicate with team members regarding operational tasks/events, complete all hotel nightly audits, create and update reservations, review guest payments, deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external guests, etc.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.)Build guest and team member positive relationsParticipates in departmental and company meetingsEnsure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guestsPerform a friendly, professional, and timely check in and checkout processes for arrivals and departuresAssigns guest accommodations in accordance with procedures and SOPsAnswer phones within 3 rings while following the company phone scriptAccurately take messages for guest and initiate actions as neededEnsure proper ID and a form of payment is obtained during guest check inCreate and update guest reservations upon request based on hotel availabilityFollows room availability and reports any issues to supervisorHandles assigned bank in accordance to established internal controls and performs accurate account postings to guest foliosMaintains knowledge of hotel occupancy status, special events, in-house groups, and other situations affecting the front desk's daily operationProcesses guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate mannerEnsure to complete daily reports, audit and checklists in a timely mannerAudit and balance accounts from the days shiftsVerify and schedule wake up callsPrepare guests folios for next day check outsAuditing of room inventoryBalance cash drawers and foliosAble to articulate all amenity offerings of the hotel including catering, rooms, packages, and F&B outletsBrings any problems to the attention of the manager or supervisor on dutyMust proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resourcesImmediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate partyPerforms related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience with hotel operating systems preferred.Previous experience with computers is preferred.Hotel Experience preferred.The Queen Casino & Entertainment and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
