Being an ongoing learner.Role and ResponsibilitiesTitle: Part Time Nutrition Services Associate - entry level positionLocation: Westwood CampusHours: 5.75 hours/day; 8:15-2:00Duty Days: Temporary assignment ends on June 5, 2026Wage/Benefits Information: Group Nutrition Services Rate of Pay $20.30/hr Benefits Sick LeaveStart Date: Immediate openingThe Westwood nutrition team proudly serves students in grades 5-8 serving over 400 breakfast and 1200 lunches/day. Will perform duties as assigned by the kitchen manager including but not limited to; food prep, serve, cashier and operate a dishmachine. Must maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with all students, staff and co-workers. Must attend job-related training classes and workshops in order to meet the professional standards guidelines of 4 hours/year. Will follow Department Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Must maintain high standards and working knowledge of food safety and sanitation pursuant to the Minnesota Food Code.QualificationsThe successful candidate must have earned a high school diploma or equivalent. The successful candidate must complete and pass a background check and a pre-work physical. The successful candidate must provide and pass 3 professional reference checks. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of computers to include but not limited to email. Ability to pass a pre-work physical.
