Accounts Payable Specialist

Associate Accounting PositionThis role is for an Associate to join our Accounting team. Will assist the Controller in the day-to-day entering and recording of accounting transactions, primarily supporting Accounts Payable functions. This person will also act as the Receptionist and perform typical duties in that role. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the timely and accurate payment of vendors, employee expense reports, and other creditors Responsible for entering vendor invoices into Epicor P21 Responsible for matching vendor pack lists to corresponding invoices Prepare checks and ACH payments of vendor invoices Review the vendor's monthly statements Maintain and update vendor accounts Order office, building, and shipping supplies as needed after approval Assist senior-level managers and other office personnel on special projects and other tasks as needed Bring in incoming mail and distribute daily Answer the main phone line File as requested Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is desired, not required. Experience in an Accounting / Customer Service setting is a plus. Strong communication skills needed.
