Warehouse Supervisor - Arlington, TN.

This opportunity is for a 1st Shift Supervisor role within our Direct to Consumer (D2C) warehouse operation located in Arlington, TN.The scheduled shift is Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with an expectation that the Supervisor arrives approximately 30 minutes prior to shift start to support operational handoff and preparation.This leadership role will oversee approximately 30 direct reports, including 2 Warehouse Leads, and will be responsible for driving daily operational performance, employee engagement, productivity, and overall shift execution within a fast-paced D2C environment.Supervise the team responsible for ensuring customer product order requirements are consistently met while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectivenessMonitor and improve production department policies, processes, procedures and inventories to maximize operational efficienciesCalculate, monitor, and analyze production, freezing, packaging, and shipping performance to meet goals and ensure process controlMonitor hourly employee compliance, sanitation and food safety policies and regulationsAssist the safety team with identifying, correcting and providing training for safety issuesParticipate in the investigation of accidents and injuries as well as preparing any materials or evidenceTroubleshoot and adjust high-speed industrial equipment and machinery to maintain operational efficiencyEnsure work areas and equipment are kept clean and safe throughout shift; in addition to following weekly and master sanitation schedule Additional Duties And ResponsibilitiesMay perform inspections and review operations as a participant of the food safety teamMinimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)3 years’ production supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceThorough knowledge in chemical control and understanding of titration (chemical concentration) and testing procedures to monitor cleaning systemsUnderstanding of formulation, percentages, and functionality of ingredients in the mixing process Basic math skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguityAbility to work with, in, and around industrial machineryAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
